SHIPPING POLICY

STORE PICKUP

 

  • Pickup is available Friday - Sunday, 12pm - 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will generally be ready within 3 to 4 days when placed. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email the shop to make arrangements.

 

 

LOCAL DELIVERY - Waller, Tomball, Cypress

 

  • Free local delivery on orders over $75 within Waller, Tomball, Cypress.  Deliveries occur between 12pm & 7pm. You will not receive a tracking number for local delivery. Please ensure that you or the recipient is available to receive the delivery on the selected date between 12pm & 7pm. Orders requiring re-delivery due to the recipient not being available to receive the package may be subject to a re-delivery fee. 

  • $10 flat rate applies to orders under $75.

  • We will work with you to arrange contactless delivery.

 

 

SHIPPING - USA (OUTSIDE DELIVERY ZONE)

 

  • Orders placed by customers located outside of the Delivery Zone are generally shipped within 3 to 4 days after order is completed and QA has been done. (Monday - Friday) using USPS.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Returns and exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. Exchanges may be for product or store credit. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.  sale items are final sale.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for product that is returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.
